COVID LETTERS
Even though schools are closed, the HEC School-Based Health Center is open! Get remote or in-person services at no cost to you. Just call 212-488-3350 or email HECSBHC@mountsinai.org for an appointment.
Get care including:

Vaccines, the flu shot, physical exams and working paper exams/form completion

Treatment for menstrual cramps, headaches, abdominal pain & more

Confidential birth control, Plan B, condoms, STI/STD tests & treatment

Mental health counseling for stress, grief, anxiety, depression, conflicts with parents or peers, or other issues
Find us in Room 610, or make a video visit from home
8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Remote learners welcome!
For all appointments except confidential services you will need a consent form signed by your parent or guardian. If not already registered, request a form by phone or email. Appointments are required so we can tell security you are coming.
