ATTENDANCE

Please use this link for attendance in the morning.

FIELD DAY MORNING SCHEDULE

1)8:45-9:05 Direct students to advisory and take attendance

2) 9:05-9:30 Send students to their first period ROOM* (not gym)

• Section leaders/support staff: Go to the room where your section

• Make sure you have the permission slips and roster

• Use the marker to put an X on students WITH the slips

• Head out by 9:35 (those walking with support staff)

• Activity leaders: Head to Mr. Blackett's room to help load up the van and then walk to the field

3) 9:55 arrive at the field and report to the area designated for the first activity/section area

GRADE COLORS

• Freshman: GREEN

• Sophmores: RED

• Juniors: YELLOW/ORANGE

• Seniors: BLUE
