Greening Committee at Hudson?

I'd like to start a Greening Hudson Committee to explore possibilities for classroom gardens and

other ideas including hydroponics or collaborating with other schools in the building on creating a rooftop garden. I attended a symposium this week about urban gardening and found many resources for schools including Grow to Learn, Green Thumb and New York Sun Works. I've included a link to Citizens Committee and the Grow to Learn mini-grant app which has a November deadline.

I'd like to get a group together to meet about next steps. I've included folks here who have expressed an interest or listened to me talk about composting. I'd like to include students as well.

Respond to me if you are interested. I will set up a meeting.

Thank you!

Ruth
