Green Technology Class Builds "Sustainable" Gingerbread Houses

While passing by 141 yesterday, I had to pop into Ruth Groebner's Green Technology class when I saw students were building Gingerbread (Graham Cracker) houses! It was a full on competition between girls and boys and they were having so much fun!
