Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs Essay Contact

The Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs is sponsoring an International Essay Contest open to teachers and students (high school through graduate study). Applicants are required to write about one of three selected Sustainable Development Goals: 1) Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls; 2) Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts; or 3) Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable. Collaborative essays between students and teachers are welcome. The deadline for submission is January 5, 2016 and the maximum award is a $250 Amazon Gift Certificate.
