Dear Hudson High School of Learning Technologies’ Teachers
In an effort to maintain accurate attendance data at Hudson High School of Learning Technologies:
1 – Please pick up your attendance sheet from your mailbox before 3rd period R2R/Advisory class.
2 – Please obtain accurate attendance data, be sure to mark the correct student present or absent.
3 – If a student is marked absent and subsequently comes in late, please be sure to indicate so, on the attendance sheet as well as in SKEDULA.
4 –please take accurate attendance in SKEDULA contemporaneously for each period daily.
5– Please have the attendance sheet ready by 11:05 pm for pick up. It is your responsibility to drop off attendance in room 128 if it is not ready by pick up time. All sheets must be returned before 1:00 pm. If your attendance sheet is not returned in a timely manner administration will be notified.
6– Use pencil only when taking attendance and be sure to sign the attendance sheet.
7 – Trip attendance: A list of student names with OSIS numbers attending trip should be turned in before leaving the building on the day of trip.
